| IMC are managing the enterprise restructuring and enterprise promotion components of a major, integrated EC-funded programme in Liaoning Province. The enterprise restructuring activities involve developing sector strategies, collection and analysis of industrial and economic data and working with local restructuring agencies and delivering comprehensive restructuring services to 8 companies in different heavy industrial sectors in 4 towns across the Province.

IMC is working through a team of 30 experts in reviewing the companies’ financial, sales and marketing, technical and production, HRD and structural aspects and then producing with management and with the agreement of the shareholders a comprehensive restructuring plan covering all aspects of the companies’ operations. |
