This project, targeted at micro-companies and small and medium sized enterprises in the electronics industry, is the largest training and advisory project of its kind in Poland. Its objective is to provide electronics companies with knowledge to assist them in coping with market issues such as increasing competitiveness or the need to meet EU regulations. The challenges posed by strong competition result in many small sized companies struggling to find market outlets. The project will train electronics industry staff to provide them with the skills they need to ensure comprehensive development of their companies in all aspects of the industry. The training and advisory services provided under the project will assist them in finding solutions to key issues which will improve company operations. The services to be provided will include:
- human resources management
- information on the electronic goods markets
- logistics, supplies and organisation
- procurement of new technologies
- company management
- new technologies
Training will be provided to 3500 employees from small and medium sized enterprises in electronics industry.
