The aim of this project is to develop and implement Individual Action Plans for 1000 unemployed persons in Poland under a wider initiative intended to provide support for high risk groups and people threatened with social exclusion.

The IAPs will be drawn up as collaborative exercises by trained career counsellors and the individuals themselves and will cover future personal objectives, employment options and wishes and schedules of activities aimed at returning the unemployed persons to permanent employment.
