White Young Green - Where We Work

Select Project - 2 of 3

WYG International has had a continuous presence in Poland since 1992.  Over this long period we have worked with partners in national government, in regional and local governments across the country, with the private sector and with community groups.  Our activities have touched many aspects of the social and economic changes that have transformed the country over the past 10 years and assisted its accession into the European Union.

WYG International Sp. z o.o. (formerly IMC Polska) was registered in 1999 and operates out of Company offices in Warsaw and Katowice supported by a network of project offices.  Amongst its activity, WYGI is the largest manager of vocational training in the country under programmes that were financed by the PHARE Programme and are now funded under the European Social Fund.  The promotion of these training programmes in particular has given us a very high profile as one of Poland’s most well known management consultancies, regularly featuring in the media.

From the early days of operation our Polish activities have been run almost wholly by Polish nationals and they now also play a valued role in developing our business internationally.

A subsidiary company, Kariera, is Poland’s leading provider of outplacement services working principally with the private sector.

Dedicated web sites in Polish at www.wyginternational.pl and www.careergate.pl describe the work of WYG's Polish subsidiary companies in greater detail.
